Power Yoga

This class will get your heart rate UP and your body pumping. With a consistent series of movements to build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance all at once, while leaving the body feeling lighter and looser. This is designed to be a strong practice for seasoned yogis, but modifications can be made if you are working towards more a more intense practice. Modifications can always be made to increase or decrease intensity for each and every body.
