Group - Gym Rental

This is YOUR unique booking page link. Please complete the registration and pay within 2 business days of receipt to hold your reservation.

• All Events are pay-in-full events with a cancellation/refund policy.
  • Facility booking fees include a nonrefundable deposit of $500.
  • For events rescheduled 5 or more days in advance of the event date, the deposit may be applied to new booking dates.
  • For events cancelled in fewer that 5 days, the deposit is surrendered and a refund of the remaining balance shall be refunded. A new booking will require a new deposit.
• Please tip your event staff at your discretion.

Your Facility Rental includes:

• Up to 50 climbers with rental gear & chalk. Shoes are as available due to limited numbers of each size.
• Full use of the group room for meetings with coffee & water provided. Projection is available upon advance request.
• Staff belay support during your rental to get you on the ropes.
• A full orientation so your group may stick around and climb after your rental period ends.
