Visitor Agreement:

CLIMBING IS DANGEROUS

UpTown Climbing cannot eliminate the risk inherent in climbing. This dictates the need for personal responsibility with climbers and parents of minors who climb. We believe the most common cause of climbing-related injury is human error and inattentiveness, even in experienced climbers.

ALL VISITORS, including spectators, MUST complete this agreement and renew it annually to enter the gym beyond the front desk.

• Agreements for minors must be signed by their PARENT (or COURT-APPOINTED legal guardian).
• You MAY NOT complete an agreement for someone else's child OR for another adult (e.g. your spouse).
• PARENTS:
  • All agreements for minors include the parent by default. 
  • SELECT 1 Adult (You) in addition to Your Minor Child(ren), then click continue to complete the information for all.
• Violation of this policy is considered fraud and will result in being banned from the gym.
