Get more personalized instruction from one of our most excellent teaching staff. Our privates are focused on exactly what you need whether that's technique refinement, competition prep, or breaking through a plateau.

Lessons DO NOT include a day pass or gear outside of the lesson time. Non-members who purchase private lessons will be required to purchase a day pass if they wish to climb before or after the lesson.
Lesson must be used within 6 months of purchase or will be forfeited without refund, except in cases of instructor unavailability.
Lesson passes are non-transferable
Single person lesson may not add a second person after purchase

Cancellations made before your lesson are eligible for a full refund less a $25 deposit.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling and the lesson will debited.

A lesson may be rescheduled one time by the customer before it is considered used, except in cases of instructor unavailability or those requested by UpTown.
Late arrivals will not receive additional time at the end of the lesson.
Extra time will not be added for first time visitors needing an orientation.
