*Flex groups are approved based on staffing and gym availability. There is no guarantee we can host any given event. 

We will do our best to make your event happen or work with you to find another day that does. 

The structure of the event is typically two 45-minute, staff-assisted climbing sessions with a 30-minute time break in between for resting and celebration!

• About 1.5 hours of climbing in a private section. No Bouldering!

Bookings can be made up to 6 weeks but not less than 14 days in advance. Email booking requests are not accepted. You must book online and pay in full at the time of booking.

• For Children's Parties, ALL climbers should be ages 7+. Second grade is a good rule of thumb, or the celebrant's 8th birthday to ensure their friends are also old enough.
• If you book a party, then show up with younger climbers, they will not be allowed to participate. Climbing is dangerous. Our experience has shown that kids younger than 7 are too difficult to manage in groups. Thank you for understanding.
• You will receive a confirmation message with important details.
• Please call us if you do not receive a confirmation email after completing your booking.
• ALL Climbers AND Spectators must have a current Visitor Agreement on file. Minors age 17 an under may not complete their own Agreement. A minor's Agreement may ONLY be completed by their Parent or Court-appointed guardian. Agreements must be renewed annually.
• The celebrant, their parents, and siblings may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up. Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes early, but climbing cannot begin earlier than the scheduled time.
• For children's parties, please maintain a 1/5 parent/child ratio to help ensure the kiddos follow our rules. Our staff will be busy on the ropes getting them Up the walls.

UpTown has wonderful support staff and tips are encouraged. Please consider rewarding the individuals assigned to your group if you receive exceptional service. You have the option to take care of this step at the front desk after your event.

Cancellations are made on your UpTown profile.

• Cancellations made at least 5 days in advance will receive a refund to the original payment method minus a $100 non-refundable deposit.
• Events may be rescheduled one (1) time only. Any subsequent rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new reservation must be made through the Uptown Climbing online booking system.
• Events may be rescheduled not less than 5 days in advance without loss of deposit. The deposit will be applied to the updated booking.
• Cancellations within 4 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
• If an event is rescheduled less than 4 days in advance, UpTown will keep the deposit and a new deposit must be applied.
• There will be no refunds for No-Shows.
