Work one-on-one with our instructor to build a program around your goals — whether that's general strength and conditioning or training built specifically for climbing performance. We'll assess your movement, set a plan, and track your progress session to session.
For climbers, we can put extra focus on opposition (antagonist) muscle training — pushing, extending, and rotator cuff work that balances out all the pulling climbing demands. It's one of the most overlooked pieces of injury prevention and long-term progress, and it's there if you want it.
