Buy lessons in bulk and save money.

You'll get more time with your coach and as you learn from them, they learn about you and how to better meet your needs and climbing goals. And we'll even tell you the difference between a bite and bight - yes, we spelled it that way on purpose.

Lessons DO NOT include a day pass outside of the lesson time. Non-members who purchase private lessons will be required to purchase a day pass if they wish to climb before or after the lesson.
Lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase or will be forfeited without refund, except in cases of instructor unavailability.
Lesson passes are non-transferable.
You may not add a second person to single person lesson after purchase.
You may request a different instructor at any time.
Please be on time.
- Late arrivals will not receive additional time at the end of the lesson.
- Extra time will not be added for first time visitors needing an orientation.

A lesson must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time.
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the start time are not accepted, and the lesson is considered used.
A lesson may be rescheduled by the customer one time at no charge before it is considered used.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling and the lesson will debited from your lesson pack balance.
Cancellations made before your first lesson (or a single lesson) are eligible for a full refund less a $25 deposit.
For multipacks, cancellations made after your first lesson are eligible for a 50% refund of the balance.
- For example: 3-pack at $163 or $54.33/lesson with one lesson consumed. With two lesson remaining, one lesson would be refunded for $54.33.
